DELIVERY INFORMATION
We take great care in wrapping and packing your order ensuring that you will be delighted from the moment you open the box.
COLLECT IN STORE - FREE
Simply choose this option at the checkout and we will email you within 24 hours to inform you that your order is ready to collect.
Free Click and Collect available Monday to Saturday from our Newark Upon Trent Nottinghamshire Store between the hours of 9.30 am till 5pm.

DELIVERY OPTIONS:
When your order’s been dispatched, we'll send you a confirmation email which will include your tracking information. Royal Mail Collect from us daily, Monday-Friday and once it has been scanned into their system that is when it triggers the timescale for delivery.
We aim to deliver in 2-4 working days, including Saturdays (although it can take a little longer at busy times) depending on the Delivery Service you have selected. A signature may be required.
PLEASE NOTE, for any orders received after 2pm on a weekday, your order will not be dispatched until the next working day.
Standard UK delivery (3-4 Working Days) on orders up to £50 - £4.95
* Standard Delivery is Royal Mail 48 Tracked
Express UK delivery (1-2 Working Days) on orders up to £50 - £5.95
* Express Delivery is Royal Mail 24 Tracked (and is not a guaranteed next day service)
Standard UK delivery on orders of £50 or more - FREE
* Standard Deliver on orders of £50 or more is sent Royal Mail 48 Tracked
Next day signed-for UK delivery (is available on any order received by 2pm on a working day Monday-Friday and is for weekday deliveries only, UK mainland) - £11.95
* Next day signed-for is Royal Mail Special Delivery
Carriers: We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 or 48 Hour as our preferred carrier.
We currently do not delivery internationally.
Mis-Entered delivery details – Please inform us immediately
If you have entered delivery details incorrectly and we have managed to recover the order, we will help you arrange re-delivery to the correct address at your own expense.
If, as a result of incorrect delivery details a parcel is returned to us by the one of our courier firms, we can arrange re-delivery to the correct address for payment of a further standard shipping charge.
If as a result of the incorrect delivery information being provided at the time of ordering, and we are not notified prior to dispatch and the item or items are dispatched using our Postal Service advertised and delivered to the House Number and Post Code by the Postal Service used on the order, we have no legal obligation to compensate your order in any form.
If you have entered your email address or contact number incorrectly, we will be unable to send you email confirmations and any delivery information direct from our courier.
